“It is with great sadness that we note that the karnavar of the tharavad, Manghat Kochumadhavan Nair passed on, on 30th August 2020, just a few months short of his 100th birthday.  May his soul rest in eternal peace.

 

Kochumama as he was known to most of us, led a rich and rewarding life.  He gave guidance on various issues to countless persons both in the family and in the larger community. He was patron of familiar temples and actively participated in all their religious and cultural activities.  His physical presence will be missed”.
